About
My name is Beverley Davy and I’m a qualified Life Coach.
I have been working to help people make positive changes in their lives for over 10 years. Over that time, I have realised how important it is to take time for yourself, for the things you enjoy and for self-care and self-love, but also how difficult that can be. In summer 2021, I decided to launch Time for Myself.

We can learn, grow and evolve for a happier and more fulfilling life.
Time for Myself is about self love, making time for your physical, emotional and mental well being because when we choose to look after ourselves you open yourself up to others to be more accepting and kind and make more healthy choices in life for yourself. This may include building self trust, emotional awareness and agility.
Time for Myself coaching is about helping you get to that place, where you can let go of the blocks and barriers that get in the way and learn new habits and behaviours to protect yourself in much more supportive ways to discover the best version of yourself. We can work together to find solutions that work for you to move forward and thrive. I am here to help you find more space to breathe and to be more compassionate towards yourself, to find ways to work through some of life’s sticky moments we often face so you can get on with your life and enjoy it.
I have worked for 23 years in the public sector in the Civil Service for and 6 years in the private sector for corporate businesses. This experience along with my own personal life experiences on the rocky terrain path in “my book of life adventures” has equipped me with skills and a thorough appreciation for the satisfactions and the challenges that come within life . I know how life can sometimes steal our true self and who we really are.
My background is in learning and development, which means I specialised in training people to develop their skills and coaching teams of people to work and communicate collaboratively to make for a happier workplace. I’ve always loved learning and being curious and the reason I particularly like working in personal development so I can help them to develop and be themselves and enjoy life.
My approach to coaching is not to give fix-it advice. I am not here to judge or blame anyone but to support and help find solutions that work for you. By stepping through the ‘gunk’, I can help you to move forwards in life and focus on where it is you really want to be.
I can offer help with many challenges on a practical level, such as navigating your career path, managing your finances and how to avoid burn-out. I can also offer help with challenges that can hold us back on a personal level, such as issues relating to anxiety and low self-esteem. You can see a full list of my consultation topics here.
